Since I started following you I have appreciated your insights. Having visited Jinja the mother district. I kindly Ask the minister to come back to Jinja City and these are my issues; 1. does Jinja city also receive the road fund? if they do, I wish they sight out a road in the past 2 financial years the roads they have worked on. 2. Every district received road equipment, which we believe Jinja city also received, can the city leadership show the citizens of Jinja city what that equipment does? To benefit and improve service delivery 🤔
