Idk but I am too, what I suggest to make convincing better is write a paragraph (more than 2 pages recommended)as to why you want to move and create a binder with a step by step plan including a 12 month plan, budget plan, selling process, areas you want to move too, affordable movers, packing checklist, hotel recommendations, good schools in the chosen areas, and jobs similar to your parents current ones in the chosen areas, also to help them feel better make sure you offer to help as best as you can, whether that's helping pack, clean, make repairs, do research, etc..
