@sciencefunn: Quantum mechanics challenges the idea that reality exists in a single, definite state independent of observation. In classical physics, events have already happened—you just don’t know the outcome yet. In quantum mechanics, particles are described by a wave function representing multiple possibilities until a measurement is made. Whether this means reality itself is indefinite, all outcomes exist in parallel, or we’re simply missing a deeper explanation remains an open question. As physicist Richard Feynman famously said: “I think I can safely say that nobody understands quantum mechanics.” The theory predicts experiments with astonishing accuracy, yet its true meaning is still debated. Perhaps its greatest philosophical lesson is that the universe isn’t obligated to match human intuition—we evolved to navigate everyday life, not the quantum world. Sid :
Imagine discovering the Schrödinger equation and having people, 100 years later, say “really?other universes? I don’t think so.”

Maybe it’s like an experiment (as an analogy)? Researchers perform multiple different tests on subjects to discover an outcome. Instead of 1000’s of tests over time it could be 1000’s simultaneously. I’m not academic in any of the sciences by any stretch of the I just think it’s a cool idea.
