I'm bi, and some flavor of ace, and I'm mostly attracted to other queer people. If that makes sense. Queer Men awesome. Queer women phenomenal. Trans and non-binary people amazing. But straight cis people. Like, unless they are such an ally that they wouldn't be upset by being mistaken for queer, I don’t find them attractive at all. But this did genuenly make me stop and reevaluate for a minute.

I'm non-binary (AMAB) and well before I realised I was NB, I had two different partners that were 100% lesbian before and after me. And there'd been a few of my lesbian friends who said that I was the only guy who'd ever piqued their interest. Some time after realising I was non-binary it clicked - while I look and act very male, I give off enough of a "not a man" vibe for those women to find me attractive. So yeah, I wasn't their weird one-off experiment, I was just not a guy! And I'm totally fine with that! And so are they!

As a lesbian with genital preference I absolutely love your perspective and I wish excluding Trans women wasn't so normalized in the community. You don't have to desire to sleep with a woman to acknowledge her womanhood and her validity as a lesbian.
