The building can be restored, if handled by a good engineer, just introduce Steel reinforcement, and introduce new columns, then check the concrete strength that needs aching. And recast them, while doing this, make sure there’s bamboo on all the slabs. Ann’s also check the foundation depth us. 🥱🥱

I now know why houses don't collapse in UK, foundation and pillars are concrete, the walls are woods(plywood) so light weights on the structure
