I would have loved a Djokovic-versus-Sinner final. Novak didn’t put his returns and serve deep enough, and he wasn’t aggressive enough against Jannik. Suppose you land short, Sinner punishes, so depth is vital against Sinner. Novak needed to play proactive tennis. And to prevent Sinner from dictating.
