I wash my 🐱 with that HER FANTASY wash it’s a ph wash for down there . And after my periods I use boric acid the best thing you can use I get the URO brand it’s for odor and cleaning the inside out ! And use the right panties with panty liners all times . I also only use ph wipes after using the bathroom . !!

DO NOT WASH YOURSELF INSIDE!!!!!! The gel cleansers she’s talking about are not to be confused with douches. ONLY CLEAN THE OUTSIDE (the vulva). The rest takes care of itself. I use a Dove bar formulated for sensitive skin (unscented).

The vagina (inside) is self-cleaning, the vulva (outside) is not. Do not wash the inside, like ever. The outside: I do think women get misled to exclusively wash with water! That part sits over the toilet -> lots of possibilities for bacteria to land. It’s important to properly wash. Just don’t overdo it. Nothing that strips you of natural oils.
