Tbh you looked far enough away from me to justify them making the right on red. But it's the fact that you're going 60 that made the turn unsafe. If you were going 40 then this wouldn't even be an issue, so it really depends on if they knew that the they were turning on a 60 mph road

I will say it loud for the ones in the back. For those of us that went to drivers education, you were told to never pull in front of a vehicle if they had to change their speed for you. If the car is established on the road, you wait.
