I have a feeling that the 55/70 student didn’t cheat either. Without looking at it, I’d have a hard time proving it, but most students have a significant improvement when they use more time. Not a 45% to 95% improvement, but a 55% to 70% is believable.

This is a professor issue if his students are failing. I got into this issue with multiple professors. "Teach Us! Your ego and your teaching style are in conflict. Don't you want people to understand what you trying to teach?" I have yet to have professor give a solid answer back without carrying a grudge.

If the average grades are typically in the 70s and have been, you would think the data supports the students aren’t grasping what you’re teaching and your approach as an educator would be what needs to be changed but who am I.
