Gelatine is a unique whole food. It used to be very engrained in our diet. Due to a lot of myths it is not, anymore. It is extremely healthy and highly beneficial in providing us with a high concentration of important amino acids that are very difficult to get from other foods and especially tricky to supplement, which I personally do not recommend unless there is a confirmed specific deficiency.
