Nahhh not forever just till you’re periods stop at 40 or whatever, but my mom says the menopause symptoms are worse than the bleeding sooo 😔🥴isn’t womanhood beautiful

Track it girl. It’s so helpful. I struggle with PMDD so I had to track it to warn my bf to not mess with me 10 days before my period.

omg nooo my period was so irregular years ago but i still tracked it and it was still helpful. if you start now, years from now you can see when it became regular and you can correlate it to what you changed or what changed 🤍
