As an Adjunct Psychology Professor at Utah Valley University, I know the building he shot him from and he could have easily accessed that buildings roof, shoot Charlie, and get away. I've always known Tyler did it. Security is pretty much non existent on that campus and culturally, people in this region are fairly naive when it comes to this type of violence ever happening at somewhere like UVU.
