A technique that I recommend that helped me out is train your mind to obey when you say receive mode what does such all of your thoughts out but you think that’s all it does. No thoughts are ego and when you take shrooms shrooms cut off the ego, then get to work so you can see already psychedelics you can’t see psychedelics why the ego is active
