@littlefiddlelady: He wasn’t a monster, he was my dad. I wish I could blame it all on the alcohol, but I can’t. He wanted me when he was sober and drunk. His drunkenness made him violent and evil. The abuse made me a weird child. I was hated by other kids and teachers. I so desperately wanted to be loved that I would do anything to be accepted. That behavior followed me into my early 20’s.
