Something I’ve realized… I don’t have little kids anymore—they’re all teenagers or young adults now. But watching you reminded me of something important: having kids doesn’t mean your health has to be put on hold. You include them instead of excluding them. They see that taking care of yourself is normal, not selfish. They learn that movement is just part of everyday life, and at the same time, they still feel loved, seen, and welcome. That’s a lesson they’ll carry with them for the rest of their lives. ❤️

sauna is actually really good for kids too 😊 and more so if its so cold that you can be in there with your clothes on its prefectly okay for kids too if they want to join you 😁

In finland our sauna is +100 celsius and also the kids come with us but in 80 celsius.🥰 . The pic is from my parents sauna aka my childhood home🥰
