I can kinda explain, I was there several hours ago. There was an event at the Third Floor called Otaku Caberet(18+) it was a Cosplay pole dancing event that had a time block for 7:30 to 9:30. But I think the real reason was that the line was extremely long and congested to get in. me and my friend were going to try to get in put we step outta line once we saw the line STARTS at the EXIT door on the thrid floor. it was a highly in demand event and not everyone was going to be seated 😂. In Fact they even delayed it to start at 8pm to 10pm instead of 7:30 to 9:30.
