They BOTH make sense. No Parent should have to pay the other. In what book does it say One parent must pay the other? No one should be writing checks. It should be 50/50. He pays and cares for the child on his time and she pays and cares for the child on her time. medical emergency expenses are split 50/50. A father can advocate for his unborn child and show distain for some weird rule where parents are writing checks to each other. that needs to stop. How about we switch the norm so moms pay dads by default.
