![[ENGLISH BELOW] 🇰🇭 អបអរសាទរ ខួបលើកទី ១៨ នៃការចុះប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ ក្នុងបញ្ជីបេតិកភណ្ឌពិភពលោក ថ្ងៃទី ៧ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០០៨ គឺជាថ្ងៃដ៏មានអត្ថន័យក្នុងប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រកម្ពុជា ដែល ប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ ត្រូវបានចុះបញ្ជីជាបេតិកភណ្ឌពិភពលោកដោយ UNESCO។ សមិទ្ធផលនេះបានបង្ហាញពីតម្លៃដ៏វិសេសនៃអរិយធម៌ខ្មែរ និងការខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់កម្ពុជា ក្នុងការអភិរក្ស និងលើកតម្កើងបេតិកភណ្ឌជាតិឱ្យពិភពលោកទទួលស្គាល់។ ក្នុងឱកាសនេះ យើងក៏សូមរំលឹកដោយក្តីគោរពដល់ សម្តេចវិបុលបញ្ញា សុខ អាន ដែលបានចូលរួមយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងកិច្ចការការទូត និងការជំរុញឱ្យប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ ទទួលបានការចុះបញ្ជីជាបេតិកភណ្ឌពិភពលោក ក្រោមការចង្អុលបង្ហាញរបស់សម្តេចតេជោ អតីតនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ជំនះឧបសគ្គផ្សេងៗ រហូតសម្រេចបានលទ្ធិផលជាប្រវត្តិសាស្រ្ត។ សូមអរគុណដល់ UNESCO ដែលបានទទួលស្គាល់តម្លៃដ៏វិសេសនៃប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ ជាបេតិកភណ្ឌពិភពលោក។ សូមឱ្យបេតិកភណ្ឌវប្បធម៌ បន្តជាប្រភពនៃសន្តិភាព ការយោគយល់ និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងប្រជាជាតិទាំងអស់។ សូមគោរព និងដឹងគុណដល់វីរជនទាំងអស់ដែលបានលះបង់ ដើម្បីការពារបូរណភាពទឹកដី និងបេតិកភណ្ឌដ៏មានតម្លៃរបស់កម្ពុជា។ 🇰🇭 រួមគ្នាអភិរក្សបេតិកភណ្ឌ ដើម្បីមនុស្សជំនាន់ក្រោយ។ 🇰🇭 Celebrating the 18th Anniversary of Preah Vihear Temple's Inscription on the UNESCO World Heritage List On 7 July 2008, Cambodia marked a historic milestone when Preah Vihear Temple was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List, earning global recognition for one of the Kingdom's most remarkable cultural. This achievement reflects the outstanding value of Khmer civilization and Cambodia's unwavering commitment to preserving and promoting its rich cultural heritage for future generations. On this meaningful occasion, we respectfully remember Samdech Vibol Panha Sok An, who played a significant role in Cambodia's diplomatic efforts to secure the inscription of Preah Vihear Temple on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Under the leadership and guidance of Samdech Techo Hun Sen. We extend our sincere appreciation to UNESCO for recognizing the Outstanding Universal Value of Preah Vihear Temple as a World Heritage Site.
