Boil the potatoes until fork-tender, then mash them well. 2. Soak the bread slices in water, squeeze out all the excess water, and finely chop them with a knife. 3. Add the soaked bread to the mashed potatoes along with the garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, chives, and potato starch. 4. Mix everything together until well combined. 5. Roll and shape the mixture as shown in the video. 6. Fry in hot oil until the nuggets are golden brown and crispy. Gochujang Mayo Ingredients: 1/2 cup mayo 1 tbsp gochujang Salt and black pepper, to taste A little garlic powder A sprinkle of gochugaru
