I mean, I think it’s difficult when everyone is different, so we’ll all have different food fixations. My go to is usually frozen burritos or quesadillas (I’ll usually add an absurd amount of cheese, microwave it, then add salsa)

Unfortunately I never choose any of my hyperfixation foods. When one is over, I have to just wait until the next one sets in. My most recent one gave me the ick 2 months ago and nothing else has taken it's place yet. I really struggling to eat anything these days.

I eat everything until I find the right thing that gives me the same hit or I don’t eat until something sounds appealing…. I know not much help….. I’m currently eating Greek honey vanilla yogurt with strawberries cinnamon and smothered in more honey! 😂😂

I pay a lot of attention to the parts of the food that feels like a chore. My oatmeal phase started to end when i got sick of the temperature and I swapped to cold oats on some days. Then when I got bored of texture I started adding mix ins (which can be fun to try a few things) but eventually I needed to move to another food. Which for me ended up being protein shakes for a bit. I'm on the search for something new now too ^.^

for me I switch between multiple things sometimes its chips and dip sometimes its Shepard pie sometimes its quesadillas bit its always one of those three that I just crave
