Noodle Beef Stir-Fry 🍜 Ingredients 1 lb beef (flank or sirloin, thinly sliced) Noodles of choice (rice noodles, lo mein, etc) 1 cup broccoli florets 1 cup carrot, thinly sliced ½ red bell pepper, sliced ½ red onion, sliced 4 green onions (green parts only), chopped 1 jalapeño or serrano pepper, sliced 3 tbsp olive oil (add more if needed) Sauce 2 cloves garlic, minced ¼ cup soy sauce 1 tsp dark soy sauce 1 tbsp hoisin sauce 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tsp white pepper ½ tbsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste) ½ tbsp fresh ginger, minced 1 tsp sesame seeds Instructions - Cook noodles according to package instructions.  - In a small bowl, whisk together: soy sauce, dark soy sauce, hoisin, sesame oil, white pepper, red pepper flakes, ginger, garlic, and sesame seeds. Set aside. - Heat 1–2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. - Add sliced beef and sear 2–3 minutes until browned  - Remove from the pan and set aside. - Stir-fry the vegetables In the same pan, add a little more olive oil if needed. Add broccoli and carrots first, stir 1–2 minutes. Add bell pepper, stir another minute. Add red onion, jalapeño, and green onions. Stir-fry all veggies together for 3–4 minutes - Return the beef to the pan. Pour in half of the sauce and toss well. - Add the cooked noodles, then the rest of the sauce.
