He is looking for something. She said she didn't know. He touched base again and said he did not want to move further if that wasn't part of it. Dating worked. Two people who were not compatible stopped seeing each other. A lack of tact is not morally reprehensible.

Please re-evaluate saying things like “she invited him for dinner, she probably thought they were gonna hook up in some way, you don’t invite someone over to shake hands”. People invite folks to their homes without consenting to physical intimacy all the time, especially now that it costs $100 to do anything outside the home. It’s not like she said “Netflix and chill”. Location doesn’t imply consent and we don’t need folks thinking there’s some soft consent or that everyone thinks the way you do about what a home invite means.

I don’t understand how this is such a talking point. He didn’t do something evil, he did something off putting. Just don’t see him again. It’s so easy to do. It’s only been one date and it’s a voice note. He didn’t say it while inside her apartment.
