I bought a door from Home Depot. They wound up having to fire a guy after he showed up drunk decided he didn’t need to do. The job came back took out my front door never put the other one in or the frame just left a black garbage bag covering my front door mind you this was in the fall. They hired three more people to do it. They were all drunk. I wound up, happened to hire somebody private to put my front door in and Home Depot still charged me for the installation.

Well let's start at Not paying that bill they sent you. Call the bank and stop payments. Call your lender and make sure you tell them the hole story. Then you will have to find a contractor that will finish the job. That will be the hardest part. You will need to find a contract lawyer. IF what you say is correct you probably can win. but im just some random dude on TickTock. it will be a long process.
