I built an agent that is my “chief of staff” to email me my executive brief each morning. It runs through all email, slacks, calendar, my Google Drive, and my data tables each morning to give me a summary of yesterdays work, stuff still outstanding, tasks, prep that needs to be done based on my calendar, and highlights anything that needs to take priority. I’m still tweaking it, but it’s been such a help.

I have Claude compare grocery circulars weekly and create a shopping list with my budget based on the best deal - one store only. Then I ask it to create a meal plan based on the list. I also ask it to remind me to upload my receipts weekly so it can keep track of what I purchased and what I may need the following week. If I am interested in a recipe, it adds it to my shopping list. Life changing!

I use Claude code as my trainer coach and nutritionist. It connects to my workout app and my Oura ring via API and updates my work outs based on the data from both. It also knows my fitness goals and does me my weekly food plans and then automatically adds all ingredients to my Tesco food cart ready to be ordered and then keeps track of the recipes in airtable and I only have to ask it nightly what’s for tea and it loads up the recipe.

It scrapes dozens of news sites, compiles it into a script, adds an ai voice and publishes it to Apple Podcasts and Spotify each morning in time for my morning commute.
