In spinal stenosis these exercises are useless. The root causes are in compressed root nerves is spinal cord canal, the space in spinal cord is narrowed. 👌👌

Been dealing with this for a few months and I’ll tell you what helped me. My pain was/is more in middle back and side of ribs. Take your hand go behind your knee and try to grab your shin. Do both arms as I don’t know which side actually helped me more. GREATLY improved my pain with one try! Hope this helps!

I have both hands with fingertips constantly numbness with heavy shoulders most of the day. Sometimes when I turn my head my eyes start too do a funky jittery sensation.
