@jenntaylor: Are you trying to beat the heat in your rv!! This heat is no joke! If you’re trying to save a buck and cool off at the same time, watch this. I have a solution for you!!! Watch until the end you can actually hear the difference!! #rv #camper #fyp
I bought one for my camper, it didn’t make a difference. Just made my a/c freeze over. So I’m returning it. Gunna by a mini split

Smart product / but it appears your unit was 82 because you had it set to 82….

Is this more of a 5th wheel issue? I have a 38 ft bumper pull with 3 air conditioners and we don’t use the 3rd one. The two keep the camper at 72 all day?

If the RV duct work sucks, why force all the air through the ducts? Your first picture you had it set to 82, your second picture is set to 70. Not sure what you’re trying to show with the pictures. Obviously, if you direct more air to the vents it will push more air out of the vents, that doesn’t necessarily mean it is more efficient. Seems like this product eliminates the ability to prioritize the air flow for your need. For instance, if you’re sleeping in the front bedroom, why cool down the back portion on the coach with that AC unit? You lost the ability to open the direct downward “vents” that send the air straight down to the bed area. That direct venting would regulate the front bedroom more efficiently. That’s just my opinion.

We have the same thermostat, it is set to 82 in the first picture and the room temperature is 82. Anyone else catch this ? If it’s not keeping up then the room temperature would be higher than the set to temperature!

I have a different type of system that is similar but yet made of foam. Got free installation at a rv rally. We love it. These type of systems are definitely worth it. Quick tip go to rv shows and you can find amazing deals at times. We try to go to a few here and there every year

A question for those who have been living in an RV for a while—I just bought one, but someone told me that rats sometimes get in from underneath. I am absolutely terrified of them! What can I do to make sure that never happens to me? PLEASE, can someone give me some tips?

you should use aluminum duct tape and tape up the transition from the ac unit to the inside of the duct work. when I opened my units there was a section of rood membrain that was blocking the intake ductwork. I used ½ foam to make that ductwork that you bought.
