Imo Watch dogs legion isn’t bad because of the gameplay or the story itself, but the setting. Watch dogs is a modern story reflecting injustices in our world today, and legion put it in a fictional futuristic setting that makes it feel disconnected from the past games and the setting it was originally portraying.
