I’m so scared I don’t know what to do to better my life. I’m at literal rock bottom, depressed and know I’m not living to my true purpose. I’m spending money on new clothes, skincare, luxury makeup, haircare but stuck on what to do to actually change my life. Also scared that not even losing weight will help.
