@tanktolman_: For years, I kept parts of myself locked away. Shielded behind a wall of “normality.” Hiding my passions of make believe, video games, and fantasy. With the longing belief that fitness could be more than just a chore to complete. Then I realized… the things that made me different were the very things that could help others like me. I finally decided to stop trying to fit into someone else’s version of “normal” and started writing my own adventure! Now I get to help fellow nerds train to not only get fit and strong, but for the mountains they’ll hike with their family, the children they’ll carry a little longer, the confidence to try something new, and all the side quests life has waiting for them.
