it is required to be on a fresh account that hasnt been passed round 10 on any map. then, you have to get 5 body kills with any gun, not just the Olympia, and then purchase something off the wall. It activates the ray gun perma perk, that you will then proceed to permanently lose after reaching round 11.

Jugg Perma perk: keep getting downed before round 15 quick revive perma perk: keep reviving your friend after having a zombie down him 6 times double points perma perk: with the semi sniper keep getting long shot headshots. Perma tombstone perk: get 4 perks before round 6 or 3 3 games in a row

the actual perma perk is when your cross bones rank or lower and buy ammo for the olympia you get the ray gun
