I work… I am SUPPOSED to get $447 a month in child support (they count as income even though I don’t receive it)… 🗣️WHAT CHECKS?!

Also if you are In PA they go off of the parents income. so sometimes they’re only getting like $40 if you are lucky.

Not sure what state you are in, but apply for that waiver.

You only get a check if they find the child is unable to care for themselves. My daughter has been denied, she can’t even get special needs Medicaid waiver with 3 diagnoses.

Don’t feel the need to share your finances. Keep those out of your pocket who are not putting anything in.

No checks here! People out there are so misinformed about it all!! My state offers a respite care waiver…that has a 2 year waiting list to even get 😅 so helpful

Exactly because everything goes through the family income. Working family’s have a harder time getting any benefits especially when they’re younger. So many families get denied because they make too much money

Those checks are based of income. We have twin boys 16. We don’t qualify for a check 😳 We paying for services. Yes it’s a tax write off. However it’s coins being spent constantly. We buying 200 in nuggets for twin b ABA is about 1,200 a month. In order to get a check we gotta have zero assets.
