@katyfraticelli: i think this is the cutest cake I’ve ever made. space themed cosmo candy planet cake with the coolest custom made rocket ship sparkler for the lovely birthday girl and her favorite Hirono dolls. the cake is a 4 layer jam milk soak chiffon birthday cake with mango jam, jasmine infused whipped cream filling and the frosting on the exterior is a swiss meringue buttercream that I dyed blue/purple. it was so light, fluffy, SO MOIST omg, and fruity - perfect for a summer birthday cake!!!!
