real question. If the goal in the gym is to maximize on the mrv but also to increase weight on the bar. What should be trying to do weekly? Increasing my sets or adding weight to the bar??

Ppl rest is fine think of it as one rest day a week. Sun-tue ppl, Wednesday rest, thurs-sat ppl. That’s 6 days a week 2x frequency
