I like beans and lentils but we also are some extra protein lovers in this house so I may try this with some ground chicken or beef.

In a rice cooker, 1 cup of brown rice, half a cup of lentils, some chicken stock powder, a little over 1 and a half cups of water, a spoon full of garlic, a spoon full of ginger and some soy sauce, and when you can't see any water anymore before it's done, a frozen cube of spinach. Thank me later.

I have a lot of red lintels…wonder if it would work with them? Also, could I just put a packet of taco seasoning in it? Seems easier…🤔

i made a southwest bean and and veggie salad recently, black beans, toasted corn, fried onion and diced zucchini, garlic, sour kraut, spices like smoked paprika, ancho chili powder, MSG, some chicken bouillon. then i put it on some toast.

Bc of your videos, I’ve began trying out different lentil dishes. So far my favorite is using southwest corn and lentils to create a dip for tortillas 🖤

sorry Liam, I'm new here, can you explain more as to why people tend to be mad about things like seed oil and such? i mean, i make 100% dark chocolate, and sometimes i do things like separating the cocoa powder and the oil/cacao butter thru pressing, but afterwards those two will not combine again to form dark chocolate, thus having 2 ingredients. but many people also argue that putting seed oil in cocoa powder isn't true chocolate and would instead cause inflammation and such. in my chocolate journey, it's like having two different thought process and the need to stick to one is the real deal, because chocolate would be one proof that even if it's a dark chocolate, but if the process isn't real, it might cause more harm than good as per customer, but research shows otherwise
