Add confectioners’ sugar and mix until combined (it may look dry at first, but it will come together). Add rose powder and mix until smooth. If a thinner consistency is desired, add milk one tablespoon at a time. (I didn’t add any milk for this recipe, because I needed a thicker consistency to decorate.) #creatorsearchinsights
