I got you, use this map in custom game it pre-caches basically every hero and ability so it’s doesn’t stutter JW3YY, now this is a version that does the same but it cycles through the maps 929PJ

Im so glad its not just me. Google Best Overwatch settings Reddit and copy those, it helped with stutters to be playable but not eliminated them completely. Hope this helps.
