I felt empty, I would cry for hours on the floor of our bedroom, I woke up with extreme anxiety, I couldnt sleep properly anymore… It went on and on and on, until I found what actually healed me. So how would I solve this again? 1. 🧠 Brain Retraining It works by using neuroplasticity (the brain's ability to change) to interrupt and change the negative loops. Actively creating new positive ones + using pattern interrupt. Every time you catch the anxious thought pattern at the moment it activates and consciously redirect, you weaken the old pathway and build a new one. 2. 🫀 IFS Somatic Therapy It works by helping you find and listen to the parts of yourself that have been buried under the performance.
