I used the mad English tv study guide for speaking and I scored 12 in speaking. That's the only skill I spent time studying. For reading and listening, I used the celpip free practice test I got when I registered, just to master the format. For writing, I have had months of training preparing for other language tests and I they all follow the same format. A general statement, your stand (the option you are arguing for) 2 to 3 points with premises and examples (where necessary). If you can infuse idiomatic expressions, at least 1 and atmost 2, please do. One nuanced point to balance your argument and you conclude.
