Unfortunately it’s because they hold all rights to the imagery/footage and you’re using that for advertising purposes without paying for it. Unfortunately using any licensed footage, imagery or music comes with a usage fee for the rights holder when it comes to commercial use. They will see it as you making money off something they’ve “paid for”. Annoying but every company would be the same unfortunately

Do you have an exclusive agreement with her ? or has she signed all rights over to ITV ? As the broadcaster who generated the original content they are legally right to do this and it is copyright infringement. If you have an agreement with her you might have a case to defend ?

I used to work for a fashion company and we did this all the time and we got like a 10 page doc with links to all posts to remove - they own the rights so unfortunately they can do this, maybe reach out to Samie’s agency to explain and ask to work w her directly instead!
