At the end of the day, if someone is actively trying to provoke confrontations for views or engagement, it’s hard to see that as constructive. Filming can be useful when it’s used to document or highlight genuine issues, but deliberately escalating situations tends to add tension rather than clarity. Ireland has been reviewing and strengthening its laws around online harassment and harmful communications. If concerns about confrontational filming continue to grow, it’s possible the UK could consider similar measures in the future.

they say you can't film a police station from a public place, but the police chiefs council say you can, because it's a perfectly legal activity. someone didn't read the memo.

This aggressive harassment & deliberate abuse of legislation / state authority is politically motivated behaviour with retaliatory intent to intimidation & suppression of citizens rights
It is a direct attack on public scrutiny & accountability of public purse based on TBL paranoid victimhood & exceptionalism
