spoke to you on one of your other posts.. defo challanging .. like you said if your backed by that nhs trust & happy with them fine ok.. 26 yr constant nightshift hospital security takes its toll mentally physically draining on you.. trust healthcare changing all the time. there views different from us in security.. just got to live with it now.. as our concerns will be brushed aside your only a number ..

Yeah worked in NHS security covering shifts here and there. They straight put me on suicide watch which was slyly scary lol then every minute the alarm goes and you gotta run to A&E becusse some crackhead is causing issues 😫. Never again. I’m happy with cctv controller 😍
