"Get-ChildItem | Rename-Item -NewName { $_.Name -replace '^.*? - ', '' }" use that command in a Powershell window for your folder. Right click in the folder and click "Open Powershell Here" to run it to make iteven easier.

majority of people miss out on actually editing the metadata, so you don’t end up with the song artist & name on the file name

1) you can install rockbox, 2) if your files have a meta data you can use mp3tag to automatically rename all your files according to said data

you can use mp3tag, there's a way to auto name your music based on a pattern; open your folder in the app, check the metadata, and if all is correct you can do convert tag to filename and type "%title%" if you want to name every file according to the title of the song

there's a tool called Bulk Rename Utility that I've used for a while for this. also Microsoft Power Toys has one but I've never tried it
