Yeah so there’s many people that drive the same type of vehicles. So the vehicle matching the car connected to a crime is called reasonable articulable suspicion. That means they can legally detain you. For clarification, she was detained and not arrested. No matter what you have to comply with police officers verbal direction. Once they figured out it wasn’t her, she was released without charging. Educate yourselves on the law.
