The best way is to cook it is to leave in it the husk and chuck it in the microwave for 4ish minutes. It’s perfect and easy peasy. But the second best way is to gently cook it in on the stove a milk and butter bath 🥰

If you are making LOTS for corn for a picnic or party, prep the corn, put it in a cooler, cover it in boiling water and then head to your event. Should be perfect when you get there. A.K.A. Cooler Corn.

I do this for only 3 minutes. Then transfer to grill with smoke from peeled husk leaves which also reduces direct-fire burn.

or you could just ✨️steam it✨️1/2" water in the bottom of the pan, bring to a boil, put the corn in, cover and cook for 7 minutes. take off the heat and leave covered until you're ready to eat it. perfect every time.

Can you please compare the difference between this method and microwaving? I just get lazy sometimes and not sure how microwave method compares to this in the final product.

Micro. 2 min per ear. Clean the corn, put on microwave safe plate. Make sure moist. Cover with plastic wrap, cook. So easy and they are perfect every time.
