I was once an officer with the rank of Master Sergeant, that Sergeant was demonstrating personal bias against the victim by not lawfully detaining the perp. there is a Supreme court ruling that says the police are not under any obligation to protect the public.

Cop just wants to be safe and go home. Let him do his job, how he feels comfortable. You are holding him up by cutting him off so many times. If you are going to make videos, it’s not always going to go the way you want it to.
