This could be Gods way of slowing you down! I had a lot of similar experiences after having my third and I’ve accepted help and slowed down allowing myself to recover now and really enjoying it all over again! 6 months PP and feeling almost like my old self! Praying for you and you’re healing ❤️🩹

Eating was my first real signs of bradycardia. I am just a patient but I guess digestion process causes all the blood to pool and drops heart rate. I have to sit for a while after eating.

I don’t know too much about POTS but I believe you have to drink a fair amount with it, plus with the breast feeding you may need to drink more, plus if you’re expressing, even more. I know you shouldn’t believe any advice on here without checking it out, but look into it. Hopefully it will all reset in a few months

I’m glad you’re home. As hard as it is, let people help. Wash, housework etc. Yes plus pick up the babies or do projects with the older kids. Love love love your new coffee cup.
