I work with my dad, he asks, should I separately address a girl or do I just say “guys” like I normally would- and I gave him my perspective, women in a male dominated field do not want to be singled out, we’re all here for the same shit, to work hard and get paid 😭

My daughter is the only girl on her HS football team and last year the coaches and announcers would all forget they had a girl on their team. So everytime she's announced for a tackle, I make sure to yell extra loud. Proud of my offensive center and defensive rc.
