It’s not free if you have to put your insurance card to pay for it you do know that’s money that is not free. That’s taken from your Social Security money. It’s a lot more than that. You just have to learn about it.

NC Medicaid has otc benefits, Caroline complete accepts it other Medicaid’s not so sure Alliance(tailor plan) does not! As fair as I know you’ll get $30 a month an all items are CVS brand.

How exactly is the OTC balanced checked? At CVS thru some kinda card, call a number, or online website? Also if you don't use up the whole balance, does it carry on to the next month??? I'm saying if a person never used it there should be a big balance waiting correct? 🤔🤔🤔

yeah but you have to order the card, you can just show your insurance card it's a separate card from the insurance card.
