The widthof the road is in the conrut document. If bringing it were the Mce will increase the width of the road who will pay for the extra cost and 2 there may be a car park there so the Mce should rather talk to the highways director in his region not the contractor.

This is a serious issue here . Because the DCE is scared of his town people, the contractors shouldn’t do the right job or what??. Let’s not forget even if the work is poorly done, his own people would blame the government for not doing the right job . Let our leaders inspect the work without interfering in the technical know how of the job. What he’s saying would make the contractor omit the addition of bus stops to the roads which is very bad .
