everyday (for the lemon & poppyseed granola) you’ll need: - 1tbsp olive oil - zest of 1/2 a lemon - 1tbsp poppyseeds - 1/3 cup rolled oats - a small handful of almonds, chopped - 3tbsp honey / maple syrup (for the blueberry chia jam): - 1/2 cup fresh / frozen blueberries - 1tsp chia seeds - 1tsp honey (for the rest): - yogurt of your choice! - fresh strawberries, sliced - desiccated coconut method: 1. in a small frying pan, add in the olive oil, lemon zest, poppyseeds, oats, almonds and honey (or maple syrup) and place on a medium heat. 2. toss together to ensure the oats are evenly coated. 3. keep stirring whilst the oats are browning until they are nice and golden. 4. gather into one corner of the pan in a single flat layer and press down. remove the pan from the heat and allow to cool whilst you prepare the rest. 5. in a small bowl, add in the blueberries, chia seeds and honey. place in the microwave on high for about 1 minute, stir and leave to settle. 6. meanwhile, begin assembling your bowl by placing your yogurt of choice in the bowl and neatly flattening with a spoon. 7. once the granola has cooled and hardened (about 10 mins!), break up into clusters using a wooden spoon / spatula. 8. spoon in your blueberry chia jam, followed by the granola, strawberries and coconut (however you like!). 9. and drizzle with extra honey if you want the extra sweetness… enjoy🍋🍋🍋 #lemon #yogurt #yogurtbowl #summerrecipes #breakfast
